anonymous donation. Oh, how cute!
One of The Preemie Project donation centers is the Volunteer office at University of Iowa Hospital. When items are dropped off there, volunteers will bring the items to my office. I am forever grateful to the wonderful people that work in the Microbiology Lab with me for not complaining about all the packages that get delivered there.
Today I came back from lunch to find another bag on the chair in front of my computer. There was such a surprise inside. I had to share pictures of the very cute blanket/hat and bootie sets that I found inside
Look at this one. I think it is woven. It is a very soft fabric. I just loved the flowers on top of the hats. The booties look like little shoes. I had to take this one into the lab and show it off. Don’t worry, it was in a plastic bag. The only problem is, there was no name on the donation. We don’t know who to thank. Please let me know who made this if it was just an oversight. I know that some people prefer to remain anonymous.
I love these sets! When we take the Pumpkin donation to the hospital we will also take some regular hats, booties and blankets. These will definitely go at that time. Thank you to whoever made these.
