Another Tale of Bake Sale Success
Congratulations to all of the volunteers who helped with the bake sale last week!

This was the most successful March bake sale in 3 years. Not only did we make a grand total of $1068.87, we also sold out of items by 2pm. To give you an idea of how this money is used to support TPP programs, I came up with the following list.
$1,000 will purchase materials/\items for
450 blanket sleepers (OR) 1 Work Group Weekend, 250 blankets (OR) ~3 months of supplies for NICU Social Services-diapers, formula, clothing, etc (OR) 1 yr. worth of memory box supplies
We have found ways to be frugal and accomplish a lot with very little! These sales are essential to this organization. Without these sales and the support of our volunteers, we would not be able to support the families in the UIHC, NICU and PICU through our programs. TPP is so greatful for your support! Thank you to the following people for helping with this event (I apologize if we’ve left anyone out. We tried REALLY hard to keep track of all of the volunteers.):
