Fall Fundraisers off to a Great Start!
There was a wonderful smell wafting from the Old Capitol Mall in Iowa City yesterday. No it wasn’t the pizza and taco’s in the food court, it was our first fall bake sale! As always, volunteers came out in full force to show their support by baking, pricing, setting up and working this sale.

We have such a creative group of volunteers. Here are a few pictures of some out of the ordinary, and I am guessing very tasty, baked goods.

Mini Pie- Kim Horras (I know this one tasted amazing! I snagged the last one.)
With all of these yummy baked goods (and some leftover crafts from this summer), we raised a grand total off….drum roll please….$1,233.45!! 100% of the profits from this sale will go directly towards supporting our mission. Thank you to the following people for their support.
