Holiday donation examples

Andrea recently sent out a The Preemie Project Holiday Donation Contest announcement.  We have a couple really cute examples of plain knit hats that have been dressed up to make them very special for the holidays.

Look at the cute holly that she sewed on it.  It is made from felt.  Jane Fredericks took a plain red hat and made it special for the holidays.

This is a plain brown hat that Jane Fredericks cleverly made to look like a reindeer.  The antlers and face are made out of felt.

The creativity of this group continues to amaze me.  I will most likely stick with my favorite Santa Hat pattern.  We will post pictures of those whenwe receive them.  The Santa hats are always a hit.

For pattern ideas, look at Page two of the pattern page .  I can hear those needles clickin’.
