Michigan Chapter Update
Hello! Here’s my first blog post! The Michigan Chapter, under new management, has decided to support Providence Park hospital in Novi, Michigan. This is a brand new hospital, scheduled to open on September 5th, and will have a NICU unit and a SCN (special care nursery). One of the nurses who will work there saw the Preemie Project website and asked if we would consider making donations to their babies.
It just happened to be the very day that Kathleen and I had decided to go ahead and take on organization of the Michigan Chapter! Good timing, huh? So…..we would really like to be able to provide a donation of hats and blankets (all sizes) when the hospital opens up next month.

I would also like to plan a fall-themed donation in early October (pumpkin hats…yay!) so if you could mail those items by the end of September that would be great!
