Positioning Snakes

We received a bag of Positioning snakes today from Sheri Null.  Sheri is one of the “Super-crafters”.  Ladies, don’t even try to keep up with her, you will wear yourself out trying.  I wanted to share pictures with you because she added something that alot of the positioning snakes we receive don’t have.

Look closely, you will see that she included a loop of elastic hold the ends of the snake together.

Thanks Sheri, we have not had any of these to donate in the last couple of months.  We will take these up with the next donation.
Sheri has had alot of personal experience with the NICU having been a foster Mom to babies that spent alot of time in UIHC NICU.  If she sees this post, maybe she can help us understand exactly how the positioning snakes are used.

Here is a link to the website that has the pattern http://www.touchinglittlelives.org/snakes.html
