How can you help?

You can help The Preemie Project support critically-ill premature infants and their families. Please remember that no donation is ever too small. One yard of flannel can make several preemie blankets. One skein of baby yarn can warm several little heads and feet. Every little bit helps. Here are a few of the ways that you can help:

    Sewing Supplies
  • Flannel
  • Fleece
  • Soft cotton blends
  • Men's hankies
  • Thread
  • Ribbon
  • Wright's blanket binding
  • Quilt batting
  • Lace
    Other Supplies
  • Bibs
  • Burp cloths
  • Onesies
  • Pacifiers
  • Bottles
  • Formula (with iron)
  • Small teddy bears & dolls
  • Soap
  • Lotion
  • Shampoo
  • Wipes
  • Preemie & newborn diapers
    Bereavement Supplies
  • Boxes
  • Paint
  • Glue
  • Fabric
  • Lace
  • Store-bought or gently used clothing items
  • Preemie to large newborn sizes.
    Soft baby yarn
  • Note: Please be sure the yarn you send is very soft. Preemies have very thin, sensitive skin, and the nurses will only use the softest items. Yarn must be Acrylic and/or machine washable. Please don't send wools. Click here for a list of suggested yarn.
