How can you help?

You can help The Preemie Project support critically-ill premature infants and their families. Please remember that no donation is ever too small. One yard of flannel can make several preemie blankets. One skein of baby yarn can warm several little heads and feet. Every little bit helps. Here are a few of the ways that you can help:

You can purchase a variety of items, including t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, and magnets. A portion of your purchase price goes directly to The Preemie Project. Click here to visit our store.

Note: Please be sure the yarn you send is very soft. Preemies have very thin, sensitive skin, and the nurses will only use the softest items. Yarn must be Acrylic and/or machine washable. Please don't send wools. Click here for a list of suggested yarn.

5. Cell Phone & Printer Cartridge Recycling

The Preemie Project is now collecting used cell phones and printer cartridges to raise funds to support our mission. All items will be recycled through www.fundingfactory.com

Send us your used cell phones and empty ink jet/laser printer cartridges.
Collect items in your own community. This is an EASY and FUN fundraiser for schools, youth groups, churches and businesses.
Contact us at to have donation box sent to your home or work.
Collect enough items to fill the box, affix the pre-paid shipping label included and leave the sealed box at your nearest UPS pick-up box.
All funds raised by your recycling efforts will be processed under The Preemie Project’s account and will show up on our personal page.
